The mountain is located in the state of Sabah, East Malaysia on the island of Borneo. Among the mountains in Malaysia, it is the most prominent. Mount Kinabalu is one of the highest mountains in Southeast Asia. It is also the 20th tallest mountain in the world by topographic prominence and is one of the highest peaks in the world that is easily trekked by most people.

Day 1
- Flight: Kuala Lumpur > Kota Kinabalu
- Check-in Homestay: Polumpung Melangkap
- Free and easy activities: Polumpung Melangkap
Day 2
- 4.30 AM: Preparation to Kinabalu Park
- 5.00 AM: Check-out Campsite and depart to Kinabalu Parks at 5.30AM
- 7.30 AM: Arrive at Kinabalu Park. Breakfast + pack lunch at Panataran restaurant
- 8.00 AM: Registration and repack (the unused items during climbing)
- 9.00 AM: Depart to Gate Timpohon and briefing by guider
- 9.30 AM: Expedition starts
- 2.00 PM: Arrive at Laban Rata and check-in into accommodation provided
- 4.30 PM: Dinner
- 7.00 PM: Rest
Day 3
- 1.30 AM: Preparation to climb to the peak of Kinabalu
- 2.00 AM: Supper
- 3.00 AM: Start expedition to the peak (as early as possible)
- 4.00 AM: Arrive at check point Sayat-sayat (have to arrive before 5.00 AM)
- 6.00 AM: Arrive at the peak of Kinabalu (have to arrive before at 7.00AM. Sunrise starts at 5.45 AM)
- 7.00 AM: Climb down to Laban Rata
- 9.00 AM: Arrive at Laban rata, breakfast dan check-out (need to check out before 10.30 AM)
- 11.00 AM: Depart to Gate Timpohon
- 4.00 PM: Arrive at Gate Timpohon and continue to Kinabalu Park
- 4.20 PM: Collect certificate and bag
- 5.00 PM: Depart to Kota Kinabalu
- 7.00 PM: Arrive at Kota Kinabalu, check-in hotel and rest (free and easy activities)
- End of expedition

Refund Policy
DEPOSITS AND BALANCE PAYMENT
A deposit of 20% of the tour cost, whichever is greater, will be required upon booking. At our absolute discretion we may vary the quantum of the deposit for bookings made during peak period and/or to special destinations. The balance of all money due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be paid to us not later than 2 week days before departure. If the balance is not paid on time we may cancel your booking and apply the cancellation charges set out in the paragraph headed CANCELLATION CHARGES.
ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION BY US or ORGANIZER
While we will use our best endeavors to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change any of the facilities, service, prices or itineraries described there. No compensation will be paid for alterations or cancellations caused by changes or cancellations to schedules by airlines, the number of person who has booked is less than that required for the tour package or any “Force Majeure”. “Force Majeure” includes (but are not limited to) war, threat of war, riot. Civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics or health risk, level of water in river, technical or maintenance problems with transport, closed or congested airport or ports, unforeseen operational decision of air carriers or any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond our control.
