Body Toning Yoga
Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It’s a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. In this class there will be series of core strengthening yoga poses with a mixture of HIIT that will get the body stronger and toned.

*Open Level

Date: Every Monday (Qasidah)  and Thursday (Nabilah)
Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Maximum pax: 10pax per session
