• Minimum 5 pax
• RNRadventures caving operation at Gua Batu Maloi is MaTEx-certified (Malaysia Tourism Excellence Business Certification program by Malaysia Productivity Corporation)
• All trips will be guided by at least one certified First Aid Responder
• By agreeing to go on this excursion participants are willing to  take the risks involved in such activities
• Abortion of activity during excursion at *early stage* due to bad weather/natural disaster is only entitled to partial refund
• Only kids 12 yo and above are allowed to join
• Confirmation of booking is by full payment 4 days before the trip
• Please secure your own insurance policy if required*
• e-Voucher will be sent via email
• Valid til Dec 2022
• Proof of voucher and email address of where the voucher was sent to will be needed to proceed with bookings
• Contact RNR Adventures for prior booking of available dates to join OR set own date with us if coming in minimum 5 pax group
• Non-refundable
• e-Voucher is transferrable to other persons, pls provide the proof stated above if you transfer your voucher to a friend
• Trips that have confirmed dates can only be cancelled or postponed more than 72 hours BEFORE the actual trip date
